Partner with Product Owners to refine requirements, align priorities, and support strategic objectives.
Break down complex business challenges into structured, actionable deliverables for engineering and technical teams.
Create high-quality documentation, including user stories, process maps, data flows, and impact assessments.
Define requirements for AI, automation, and digital workflow solutions, ensuring scalable and reliable technical delivery.
Identify and support automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience.
Work within cross-functional agile teams, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving consensus.
Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Support testing, governance, and change management activities, including UAT, risk assessment, traceability, release validation, and issue resolution.
To succeed as our Technical Business Analyst, you will be:
A skilled analyst who is comfortable working in complex environments, has a strong attention to detail, and is experienced in defining requirements for digital, AI, and automation initiatives. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will drive clarity, quality, and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
